Return Eligibility
Items eligible for return:
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition, unwashed, and unused
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Defective or damaged items can be returned immediately
Items not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or altered dress materials
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items without original packaging or tags

Exchange:
- Size or color exchanges within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be in original condition
- Exchange is subject to availability

- Provide order details and reason for exchange
- Package the item securely with original tags
- We'll arrange pickup and send the replacement
Refund Policy

- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item
